Workshops and ARTkits

At Girls Club Strong, our mission is to empower girls through a fun and meaningful art experience – “The Art of Empowerment”.

"As an artist and former public-school Health Educator, it has been a dream to create this program and work with children to inspire their inner greatness and encourage their ability to face challenges with confidence and resilience.

By empowering the girl, we empower the woman she will become."

Cindy Williams, Founder

Every Girls Club Strong workshop or ARTkit explores important topics that influence a young girl's life and how she will navigate the world as she grows up.  The conversations she has today, will become her inner voice of tomorrow so we cover friendship, self-esteem, resilience, gratitude, grit, bullying, body image, sense of community, healthy habits, social media, and so much more.

Our workshops provide a supportive environment where girls are able to have fun, connect to and inspire one another, and feel the strength of a sisterhood.  The art creates a fun and natural pathway to learning these important and empowering life skills.  Join us as we inspire our girls to be anything they want to be!

We're here for you!

We know this is a challenging time for all of the families out there.  We also believe in the extraordinary power of art

to heal and teach.

That is why we are offering our Happy Friendship ARTkits at cost, for only $12.

This kit is designed to teach about the power of love and support through friendship.  It includes 5 art activities and supplies for hours of creative fun.

This ARTkit was designed so that kids can work on it on their own or to use as a tool to explore your family's values around friendship together.

Studies prove that when girls surround them self with supportive friendships, their confidence and self-esteem soar.  That is why we created the Happy Friendships ARTkit inspired by our most popular workshop.

Included are art materials, five projects and hours of fun!

Our story...

Cindy, Sarah, and a baby goat from our Baby Goat Yoga class!

Five years ago, I created Girls Club Strong with the help of my daughter Sarah. We saw that girls were dropping out of academic and sports programs at rates much higher than boys and we wanted to do something about it.  Turns out all those girls really need is a sense of belonging and encouragement.  That's why we created GCS.  To provide a fun, safe space for girls to explore empowering concepts and connect with each other - because when they have each other's support, they become unstoppable.

My goal is to reach as many girls as possible on a local level with the workshops and nationally with the introduction of the Girls Club Strong ARTkit line.

Please join my daughter and I as we empower the girls of today to be the strong women of tomorrow.
